Normals: Belden™ Beldfoil type.
L=12", marked 2-1/2", to be stripped.  
Step 1 - Mark jacket at 2.5", to be stripped.
Step 2 - Jacket Stripped
Step 3 - Foil Shield Removed
4 - Teflon placed on drain wire.
Completed, with 3/16" heatshrink at ends.
Now to put it all together..
